We presently have an immediate opening in Accounts Payable. The main focus of this role to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices as they the pertain to inventory purchases. Large volume of purchase orders to match to vendor invoices and posted without missing potential discounts.

**We offer a competitive salary: $47-53k annual

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconciling Vendor Statements
- Processing payables and expenses as necessary
- High Volume Invoice Matching
- Reviewing un-invoiced receipts and returns
- Batch entry in system
- Dealing with invoice discrepancies - price and quantity
- Performs related clerical functions within the Accounting Department such as filing, recording information, preparing reports using MS Excel, assisting staff and other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in high volume payables environment an asset
- Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of skill with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work as part of a team
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
