**Duties**
- Prepare dough for pies, breads, rolls, and pastries, including British-style sausage rolls, savoury pies, scones, and other traditional products.
- Follow established recipes and maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Train and supervise bakery staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards and food safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, monitor production schedules, and oversee daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery in line with health and safety standards.
- Operate bakery machinery and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional baking experience in a commercial bakery setting.
- Proven ability to prepare British-style baked goods (e.g. sausage rolls, savoury pies, Cornish pasties, scones).
- Strong supervisory skills and experience managing a small team.
- Attention to detail, dependability, and ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
