We are growing and we have an amazing opportunity to join our Merchandise Services team as a
**Business Process Reengineering Manger.** Reporting to the Senior Director, Merchandise Services, in this role you will be responsible for providing in-depth expertise in helping to operationalize our process improvement/reengineering methodologies and principles across a variety of merchandise-oriented topics (Price, Cost, Master Data, Space, etc.).

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the process reengineering solution framework by establishing an intake and prioritization model, enabling the Merchandise Leadership team to identify priority opportunities which are aligned with the Merchandise strategy.
- Meet with stakeholders to define operational requirements and objectives, identify potential benefits (direct/indirect), define scope, gaps, and boundaries of engagements.
- Manage the project lifecycle from concept through implementation, leading analysis and process mapping efforts, designing, and integrating business solutions across multiple functional groups to achieve sustainable results (i.e., RPA).
- Provides leadership and problem-solving support to influence teams of functional representatives to align on solutions.
- Lead/develop a team of Process Improvement Specialists, and Training Specialists to integrate change, training, and communication programs into operational readiness plan for engagements.
- Champion Lean Six Sigma model for the enterprise and build training/development program for internal team members.
- Build/manage benefits realization tracker to highlight ongoing improvements for the enterprise.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering with 5-10 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, change leader and driving project success individually and through their direct and indirect reports.
- Exhibit a high level of energy and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on Project Management and mentor experience.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of Six-Sigma, minimum of certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.
- Proven cross-functional / global leadership, coaching and influence skills.
- Project Management Professional certification. Master Black Belt, Black Belt (DMAIC or DFSS) or Lean certification.
- New product introduction, product development, or material sourcing experience.
- Strong business / financial acumen. Business experience on a global scale. P&L and general financial understanding.
