**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling and seating for training doctors.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, invoices and any CRM software being used.
- Assist in implementing lab policy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of course requirements and implementation of successful service.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards within the lab environment.
- Provide support to dental professionals and other staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, administrative assisting education/experience
- Previous experience in coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in dental software systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Knowledge in procedure implementation.

- Flexible hours ( between 8 AM- 10 PM )
- Available for weekends
- Start immediately

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
