Dental Lab Receptionist/office Administrator

**Job description**
As a Receptionist/Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the lab. To be successful, you should be able to deal with urgent situations in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Ultimately, an Administrator's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Calls should be answered within 3 rings.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the office and ensure all visitors are directed to the appropriate person.
- Schedule and set-up for the shade appointment.
- Make phone calls to Dentist's offices to collect information on a case or to get the RX sent to the lab.
- Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
- Help open and disinfect cases.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Assist in keeping stock room organized and tidy.
- Organized, tidy up and insure all supplies are stocked.
- Make sure incoming cases from couriers are received and given to the modeling department in a timely manner.
- Preparing customers' invoices
- Making collection calls
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional, “Customer Service” attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Must be able to work a 40-hours work week, speak clearly, have excellent listening skills, and communicate to customers in an unambiguous manner.
