TrueSmile Dental Laboratory is a new, full-service dental lab based in Mississauga, specializing in crowns, bridges, digital dentures, implants, removable and orthodontic appliances—both traditional and digital. With a modern setup and a commitment to innovation, we integrate traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge digital workflows to produce high-quality, esthetic, and durable results. As we expand our services, we are excited to announce the opening of our Orthodontic Department and are seeking an Experienced Orthodontic Technician with exceptional wire-bending skills and digital orthodontic design expertise to join our growing team.
Duties
- Fabricate orthodontic appliances (e.g., Hawley, Wrap Around, 3×3 lingual retainers, twin blocks, Schwartz, expanders, etc.).
- Perform precise wire bending and acrylic finishing with attention to esthetics and function.
- Design and produce digital orthodontic appliances using 3D design and scan software.
- Manufacture and finish nightguards, mouthguards, Essix retainers, and clear aligners.
- Collaborate with dentists and orthodontists to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient lab workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an orthodontic or dental lab setting.
- Proven ability in wire bending for orthodontic appliances.
- Proficiency with digital orthodontic design and scanning software
- Experience fabricating aligners, nightguards, and retainers.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of dental anatomy.
- Reliable, organized, and committed to producing quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
