**About us**

**Duties**:

- Be able to start at 4am
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, such as donuts, treats, bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- To prepare, bake and finish bakery products as required, including mixing of doughs, batters, and processing the product to the point of sale.
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient operation
- Total compensation including tips will be $21-$25 per hour depending on experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a baker
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong skills in food preparation, handling, and baking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Creativity and attention to detail for cake decorating
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Must be able to work mornings beginning at 4am as well as weekends.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
