**Overview**

We are seeking a dependable and experienced **Baker** to prepare a variety of baked goods including Agege bread, pastries, and specialty items in accordance with our signature recipes and standards. You will be part of an exciting team that values quality, culture, and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mix, prepare, and bake doughs and batters according to Grey Matlock recipes
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work environment
- Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and support other duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for baking and an eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends
- Team player with strong communication skills
- **Food Handler Certificate is a strong asset**
