We are looking for an experienced **Baker** to join our café team This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, has professional baking experience, and takes pride in crafting beautiful pastries and baked goods.

**Position Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time or Part-time
- **Schedule**: Available for early morning (starting before café opening hours), late morning or afternoon shifts
- **Experience Required**: Proven bakery experience with the ability to present a portfolio or samples of past work
- **Salary**: To be discussed at the interview

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other café items according to recipes and standards
- Decorate pastries, cakes, and specialty desserts with creativity and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe baking environment
- Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
- Monitor ingredient stock and report supply needs
- Collaborate with the café team to create seasonal or specialty items
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in a bakery or pastry kitchen is required
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
- Ability to decorate and present baked goods attractively
- Good command of English for clear communication with team members
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning schedules
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for baking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
