**About the Opportunity**:
The Client Success Account Manager will be responsible for managing end to end client relationships within the CarltonOne Client Success team. This includes supporting strategic execution of existing client initiatives, program launches and new business opportunities. The Account Manager will be assigned to specific clients and/or channel partners. The main role of the Account Manager is to maintain and build client relationships that will foster revenue growth within their client programs.
To succeed in this role, you must have an analytical mind set, appreciate the cross functional value of the Operations, IT & Finance departments while balancing the support and achievement of Client objectives. In addition, curiosity should fuel your desire in that you will strive to only perform at the highest level of competency. This should be coupled with a desire to move beyond the “task” that was assigned but to also contemplate any additional potential outcomes which will naturally occur and require consideration as a result. You need to be self-motivated and display initiative to achieve the best possible outcome in everything you manage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver on assigned Revenue, Client Satisfaction and Retention KPI’s
- Develop an extensive understanding of Client needs and company offerings
- Create and deliver insightful and accurate client-facing and internal reports
- Support and trouble shoot all client inquiries and resolutions using a ticketing system
- Manage client program configuration and implementation leveraging breadth of knowledge of overall system, features, capability and its interrelation to platform architecture
- Provide “end to end” client support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
- Liaise with internal and external partners as required
- Train all clients on new features and product releases
- Track and coordinate all client invoicing with finance team
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of direct Account Management experience
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various departments
- Strong Excel based analytical skills including large data manipulation and the ability to determine and summarize executive insight. Strong PowerPoint ability.
- Technology Capability - You love to learn new things and you are always fully conversant about current trends including Artificial Intelligence, SaaS & PaaS Platforms, etc.
- Applicable understanding of web technologies including AI, SaaS and PaaS with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems and interrelated functionality
- Based on knowledge of SaaS & PaaS, ability to configure system set-up through a dedicated UI platform and support JSON, SOAP or REST SSO and other API integration dialogue between the Client and CarltonOne Engagement.
- Ability to appreciate and explain system architecture and how it is leveraged in various aspects of technology integration.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Strong demonstration and product knowledge skills
- Manage all day-to-day client requirements, including program changes from final approval though to implementation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development mindset
- Compensation commensurate with experience

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
