**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and verifying employee hours.
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents and other administrative records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
