Finance Manager / Controller

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting of variances.
- Prepare and publish accurate monthly financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure the quality control of financial transactions and reporting.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Manage purchasing administration and coordination.
- Oversee human resource administration.
- Fulfill any additional controller duties as required.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
- A minimum of 5 years of combined accounting and finance experience.
- Advanced degree in accounting.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience in creating financial statements.
- Proficiency in general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Excellent user and administration skills in accounting software.
- Background in human resource management is a plus.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
