Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless and luxury experience for our clients. You will assist the service team, maintain an organized service lane, and provide administrative support while learning the various aspects of dealership operations. **This position offers an excellent career path for individuals looking to grow within the automotive industry.** **Hourly Wage Range: $19.15 - $22.45 per hour, plus Performance Bonus** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Warmly welcome and assist service customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Lincoln service lane. - Support Service Advisors and learn their role as a potential career progression. - Provide administrative assistance as required. - Act as a liaison between the Lincoln service, sales, and parts departments. - Ensure smooth pick up, delivery & organization of loaners for all Lincoln clients - Ensure smooth service lane flow by promptly relocating dropped-off vehicles. - Manage necessary paperwork and prepare documentation such as forms and reports. - Continuously learn about Lincoln products, features, accessories, and inventory to better assist customers. - Ensure vehicle security by walking the lot and verifying that all cars are locked and secured. - Maintain a commitment to customer satisfaction and deliver an outstanding client experience. - Maintain all Lincoln training, including attending the monthly Lincoln lounge calls. - Maintain top results in customer satisfaction based on the Lincoln Canada survey - Set personal productivity goals aligned with dealership standards. - Participate in follow-up calls from Tuesday to Friday to streamline service communication and gain departmental insight. - Review previous repair orders and schedule appointments as needed. - Attend service meetings and training sessions as required. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - No experience necessary, but a strong customer service orientation is a must. - Experience in the service or hospitality industry is an asset. - Automotive industry experience is a plus. - Availability to work weekends. - Enthusiastic, engaging, and always willing to assist. - Driven, passionate, and confident in delivering top-tier service. - Ability to excel in a performance-driven and structured environment. - Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written). - Professional appearance and strong work ethic. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach. - High-energy with a positive attitude. - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. **Why You'll Love Steele Auto Group**: **At Steele Auto Group, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a community.
