To start, the responsibilities for this role will focus mainly on administration and reception duties. We then see the role transitioning to a full-time hands-on kinesiology position where you will be responsible for: assisting practitioners, assessing patients & providing 1:1 active therapy that aligns with their needs, and educating on orthopedic devices, while continuing to perform administrative tasks under our lead admin.

**We are seeking an individual who is**:

- Friendly, approachable, and patient-oriented, whether you are welcoming clients to the clinic from the reception desk or supporting them through their treatment plan.
- Able to handle various responsibilities and manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery of tasks for all stakeholders (patients, practitioners and administrative colleagues).
- A wealth of knowledge on various physical rehabilitation & proactive wellness treatments in order to successfully provide informed recommendations to patients and suggest relevant products (orthotics, braces, etc.).
- Experienced in supporting various rehab practitioners (physio, chiro, RMT) with treatment delivery and product dispensing.
- Eager to seek out opportunities to improve the overall patient experience in an effort to maximize clinic performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role plus completion of relevant education, certifications etc.
- In-depth knowledge of modalities, exercise prescription and orthopedic devices & passionate about their benefits
- Proven customer service skills/sales experience and motivated by goals
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs

**Nice to Have**
- Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane software
- Exposure to insurance coverage, Telus e-claims, and MVA processes
- Kinesiology academic background
