Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers and provide guidance and support
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
