**About the Role**:

- Assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing business.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to customers and clients regarding various insurance inquiries.
- Regularly maintain client files using company CRM.
- Manage and maintain departmental documents.
- Utilization of quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom and DocuSign.
- Clerical duties as needed (ie: photocopying, scanning, printing, mail, etc.).

**About You**:

- 2 to 3 years experience in life / group benefits preferred.
- Strong familiarity with life insurance carriers and their product offerings.
- You possess a valid life insurance license in Ontario. Don’t have a license? We won’t hold it against you, but you must be willing to get licensed within 6 months of joining us..
- University degree or similar designations are preferred.
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to always providing a positive member experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial nature with a pro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
- Dedicated to continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing life insurance industry.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
