**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to Sales management and department
- Assist Sales management in coordinating various sales activities
- Maintain Company price book and publish and distribute pricing as needed
- Generate sales quotation proposals with the assistance of Sales, Purchasing, Production and Design
- Ensure accurate, consistent and follow-up with sales quotations and process
- Track and analyze quotation data on a monthly basis to determine winning and losing strategies
- Assist with assembling design packages
- Respond to follow-up sales inquiries pertaining to sales tenders and quotes
- Escalate customer concerns/feedback to Sales management. Coordinate product training with authorized vendors
- Maintain sales related databases with current and accurate customer information
- Generate sales reports as required by Sales management
- Generate builder contracts
- Manage the Sales lead program
- Posting payments in accounting software
- Registering warranty for equipment
- Warranty claims for parts
- Handling incoming calls from customers and scheduling sales appointments for sales team

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 3 years in the HVAC industry and/or in an Administration role with similar responsibilities
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment
- Proficient in MSOffice

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
