Katzie First Nation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about supporting financial operations in a meaningful way.

**About the Role**
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial data. Your primary responsibilities will include processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining digital records, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable invoices for entry into Adagio accounting software.
- Input approved invoices into cheque batches.
- Prepare intercompany transfer forms and deposit cheques.
- Distribute processed cheques and communicate with vendors.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and hard copy).
- Provide cross-functional support within the finance team.
- Assist with timely month-end financial processing.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; one year of professional experience preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, work, or lived experience will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Self-starter with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Adagio is an asset.
- Committed to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
