**Title: Junior Archaeologist**

**Job Summary**:Katzie Development Limited Partnership is seeking causal, on call Junior Archaeologists and Field Technicians to assist with archaeological fieldwork on a large systematic data recovery program within a significant archaeological site. This position will also support other field programs.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in archaeological fieldwork
- Assist with artifact cataloguing
- Assist with archaeological reporting and data entry
- Assist with Junior Katzie Technician jobs as needed
- Any tasks assigned by the KDLP management

Education, Experience, and Competence:

- Located in British Columbia
- Ability to legally work in Canada
- Experience with data entry
- Excellent computer skills (outlook/word/excel)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential
- Must be highly motivated
- Able to work independently and work cooperatively in a team setting
