**Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet and GL account reconciliations.
- Analyze and report on standard cost variances.
- Review and analyze accounting information for accuracy.
- Assist with government remittances.
- Assist in preparing payroll and provide coverage for payroll duties during vacations.
- Compile month-end financial statements.
- Support scheduling and purchasing tasks.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist with data entry and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong skills in creating clear, impactful reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy work environment.
- Experience in cost accounting for manufacturing is a strong asset.

**Salary & Benefits**:
C$60,000 to C$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- We offer a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits plan after probation._

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
