**Who**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare monthly Invoicing as per billing guidelines and provide support for business divisions
- Communicate effectively and follow up with customers about invoices and jobs
- Process Credit Card payments, including pre-auth tracking
- Ensure accurate processing of monthly remittances and reports
- Daily monitoring of AR, and recording of incoming customer payments for receivables
- Review employee timesheets to work orders and billable jobs
- Create of service calls / Sales Orders / Invoices in SAP
- Data Entry
- Assist with customer billing re-allocations between business units and divisions
- Participate in the month-end closing process including account analysis and reconciliations
- Assist as back-up for payables and administration as needed
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum of 1 years accounting and billing experience
- Proficiency with SAP software or ERP equivalent required
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Strong computer skills, highly proficient with MS office software
- Proven knowledge of finance, accounting and cost control
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and manage multiple responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and pay high attention to detail to deliver quality results
