**You as a Trades Payable Clerk**:

- Perform a variety of accounting clerical tasks relating to the maintenance and processing of trades payable invoices and employee expense reports
- Day-to-day contact with internal and external employees and vendors
- Prepare daily mail and manage trade payable inbox for invoice processing/approval
- Reconcile accounts with vendors/project managers and make necessary adjustments
- Perform additional assignments as per supervisor’s direction

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Construction experience would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work in a demanding, multi-task environment is required
- Must have the ability to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers and the general public
