**The Opportunity**:
The Learning and Engagement Partner II - LMS and Instructional Design is responsible for oversight and delivery of the Learning Management System implementation. Including supporting the team in creating engaging and effective learning experiences, designing and developing courses, materials and activities to meet the specific learning needs and organizational goals using multi-media tools and instructional design theories.

Responsibilities include:

- Implement and optimize LMS platform by designing and coordinating content to enhancing the learner experience.
- Develop and implement LMS governance, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient oversight and seamless system operation.
- Oversee the LMS design project with project management expertise, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and strategic alignment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with established learning theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools - particularly Articulate 360 or similar platforms
- Knowledge of basic multimedia tools for creating interactive and visually engaging content such as video editing software, graphics tools, etc.
- Ability to analyze learning date (engagement, assessment results) to determine effectiveness and make improvements.

**You Bring**:

- 7-10 years of experience in implementation and working with Learning Management Systems in the business environment
- BS(Business Studies) or MA(Master of Arts) degree in instructional design, education technology or similar
- Proven working experience in instructional design and working with instructional technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lessons and curriculum planning skills
- Solid knowledge of course development and at least one Learning Management System
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of humor would be a welcomed attribute

**Additional Information**:
This is a term full time position (37.5 hours per week) for 6 months.
