**Term Part-time Caretaker II - (10 month)**

**Responsibilities Include**

Attention to detail related to varied and complex cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks within a team environment
- Demonstrated pride in workmanship
- Performs building security checks as scheduled by the Head Building Operator
- Keeps assigned sidewalks, steps, and entrances free from ice and snow Experience working in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety, WHMIS and other relevant legislation
- **Education/Experience**
- Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset
- Certifications from cleaning organization is considered an asset
- Previous experience within a school division is considered an asset
- An equivalent combination of Education and Experience may be considered

**Knowledge/Skills**
- Working knowledge of proper cleaning procedure
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment as well as independently with mínimal

supervision
