About Us:
Columbia Academy is an accredited private school located in downtown Vancouver, offering K-12 education to both local and international students. Known for our commitment to academic excellence, cultural diversity, and holistic student development, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Student Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

The primary goal of this role is to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract high-quality local students, increase enrollment, and enhance Columbia Academy’s brand presence within the local market.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand Canadian market trends and consumer behavior.
- Develop and implement local branding strategies to promote Columbia Academy.
- Build relationships with prospective parents and students, providing information about the school’s programs and offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales and marketing records for reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure a seamless transition for newly enrolled students.
- Plan, organize, and host seminars, open houses, and school events.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to assist with office tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: A university degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in education marketing, with a strong focus on local student recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Marketing Expertise:

- Proficiency in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design, video creation, and editing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zapier) and SEO writing is a significant asset.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and adaptability to work under deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Application Process

**Benefits**
- Extended health benefits ( Dental care / Vision care and etc) will be provided after the successful conclusion of the probationary period
- A performance bonus if performance exceeds expectation.
- School events, including a Whistler trip, Ocean Cruise, Christmas dinner and other field excursions and celebration events

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
