**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Admissions & Recruitment:_
- Guide families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate school tours, interviews, open houses, and information sessions
- Conduct presentations to prospective students and families about programs and campus life
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop recruitment strategies aligned with institutional goals
- Attend high schools, college fairs, and community events to promote the school
- Provide academic advising to prospective students regarding program requirements and career pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with students throughout the admissions cycle
- Assist in developing marketing materials and outreach initiatives targeting diverse populations
- Participate in training and professional development for admissions best practices
- Collaborate with school leadership on admissions strategies and student onboarding
- Marketing & Outreach:_
- Develop and execute school marketing plans across digital and print platforms
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign themes, photoshoots, and events
- Maintain relationships with education agents, community organizations, and partner schools
- Represent St. Lawrence School at school fairs, recruitment events, and webinars

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration**, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with university operations, admissions processes, and international student markets is advantageous
- Teaching experience is considered an asset for understanding student needs and perspectives
- Proficiency in **Canva**, **MS Office**, and basic design tools (**Adobe Suite** is a plus)
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Proficiency in **Ellucian** or other student information systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese and other languages are an asset)
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain professionalism
- Familiarity with BC’s private education sector is preferred

Pay: From $56,000.00 per year
