Assistant General Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times by coaching and mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Experience supervising kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
