**Job Title**: Growth Marketing Specialist

**Position Type**: Full-time Permanent

We are a Vancouver-based cleantech equipment manufacturer, connecting teams to clean power all over the globe. PE designs, builds, rents and sells **Voltstack**®** Power Stations** - industrial grade, robust, clean energy alternatives to traditional gas and diesel generators that provide instant power whenever and wherever it’s needed.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who is passionate about clean tech and wants to promote Portable Electric’s mission of making the world a cleaner and quieter place. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be working with our Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be a data-driven and strategic thinking who owns all of our marketing channels and measures their success

You will be someone who is strong in project management and who is able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines from competing stakeholders. Interpersonal skills are essential as you will be interacting with our entire internal team, external clients, vendors and potential sales leads.

**Your Impact as a Growth Marketing Specialist**:

- Conceptualize and plan creative content to help achieve growth retention and revenue goals, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across our digital channels (eg. Google ads, Facebook ads, Linkedin Ads, etc.)
- Optimize digital media campaigns and landing pages across multiple channels
- Create and maintain lead generation touch-points
- Provide accurate digital analytics and performance reporting, using insights to optimize tactics
- Work with our brand guidelines and team to produce compelling copy for marketing campaigns
- Understand user and audience personas, tailoring writing to the appropriate market

**Your Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in digital campaign execution
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in communication, marketing, or related field
- Ability to research technical topics and explain benefits to a B2B audience
- Excellent written and communication skills both internally and externally with clients
- Experience in B2B marketing role is an asset
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
- Strong understanding of best practices of SEO, SEM, landing page optimization, social engagement, etc.
