**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, install, finish, and repair hardwood flooring to professional standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guarantee accurate installations.
- Safely and effectively use flooring tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job site.
- Provide excellent on-site customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in hardwood flooring installation and finishing.
- Expertise in **parquet flooring installation, repair and restoration** is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, restoration techniques, and site safety protocols.
- Additional experience with tile laying, trim carpentry, or remodeling is an asset.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
