**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee and execute installation, repair, and restoration of **hardwood and parquet flooring**to the highest professional standards.
- Review **project drawings, layouts, and blueprints** to ensure perfect alignment with client specifications.
- Operate and maintain specialized flooring tools and equipment with care and safety.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with company and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

**Your Experience & Skills**
- Demonstrated expertise in **wood flooring installation, refinishing, and restoration**.
- In-depth understanding of **parquet design, pattern layout, and finishing techniques**.
- Strong blueprint reading and site layout skills.
- Versatility in related trades such as **trim carpentry, tile setting, or remodeling** is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently on-site while coordinating effectively with the broader project team.
- A commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and long-term professional growth.
