Duties
- Install a variety of flooring materials including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precise cuts and fittings.
- Perform caulking and finishing touches to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and general contractors as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring installation.
- Knowledge of tile laying techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
- Strong carpentry skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in home improvement tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
