Currently based in Richmond, BC, we are looking for an exceptional **office** **administrator** to join our head office.

**Role Expectations**

**Responsibilities**
- Performing day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and/or re-directing calls as required
- Receiving and directing visitors in the office
- Taking meeting minutes and other notes as required
- Arranging appointments, travel itineraries, facility bookings, and site access as required
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating other office services as required
- Organizing both internal and external company events
- Maintaining company social media accounts
- Using Microsoft Office to create documents, including spreadsheets and presentations
- Organizing physical and digital file directories to enhance accessibility
- Providing direct support to executive management and other senior roles as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with bookkeeping strongly preferred, especially using QuickBooks software
- Proven experience as a successful administrative assistant or other secretarial position
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exemplary organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work as appropriate
- Ability to type quickly is an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
