**Your Responsibilities**:
As our Account Executive, you'll be entrusted with various crucial tasks:
- Product Knowledge: Master our comprehensive product line, ensuring you can confidently convey technical information to clients.
- Client Relations: Nurture existing client relationships while creating new connections within the industry.
- Strategic Planning: Strategically plan your visits, cold calls, and follow-ups, maximizing your sales potential.
- Effective Reporting: Keep management and owners updated with weekly client reports, ensuring transparent communication.
- Sales Excellence: Identify solid leads, generate compelling proposals, and close sales deals that drive our business forward.
- Promotion and Networking: Participate in industry events, seminars, and tradeshows to boost product visibility and generate valuable leads.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up on post-sales matters, coordinate internal processes for prompt deliveries and technical services, and manage payment-related matters.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on current events and trends in different regions to remain a knowledgeable and valuable resource.
**Qualifications We Seek**:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrate at least three years of successful sales experience, with a background in technical sales.
- Beverage Technology Background: Experience in the wine, beer and beverage industry is essential, and a network within these industries is a significant advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must, familiarity with Pipeline and Asana is a plus.
- Travel Capabilities: Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license. Must have a valid Passport.
