**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking Heavy Truck repair services. Your role will involve communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on service options, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs recommended by technicians.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service recommendations.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule appointments and manage workflow.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, dealership promotions, and new products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a Heavy Truck, automotive or dealership setting.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
