Multiple Opportunities for BILINGUAL English /French Candidates to join our Head Office Administration and Accounting team.

We are expanding our accounting and administration team and are looking for new team members who will be involved in a variety of duties primarily with the accounting team. Bilingual English/French is a must and prior experience in accounting is desirable, however, we are willing to train if you have prior office experience. We have a couple of opportunities for candidates with a keen eye for detail, a head for numbers, and a curiosity and interest in working with our clients and supporting our sales team administratively.

Depending on the position, some of the key responsibilities may involve:

  • Entering orders in our computer system
  • Invoicing shipped orders,
  • Process and issue credits as needed
  • Setting up new client accounts,
  • Client communications
  • Account reconciliations
  • and other administrative duties that support overall department and Company needs.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally a certificate in basic accounting, administration, or related field
  • Bilingual (English/French) – spoken and written fluency required. We will not consider any candidates who do not speak French.
  • 1–3 years of office/administrative experience (preferred)
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving skill
