**National Parts Support Centre - Bilingual Summer Student (Hybrid)**

**Bowmanville, ON**

**Rotational Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM & 12:00PM - 8:00PM**

We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Eastern Canada Parts Distribution Center for a National Parts Support Centre Consultant. During your time here, you will work in a dynamic environment with an enthusiastic and engaged team who is passionate about customer service.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a member of our team, you would have the great opportunity to:

- Provide front-line support to Dealers and Internal Customers on all matters related to parts inquiries and ordering.
- Investigates and resolves Dealer inquiries via Infostream Parts Inquiries and the telephone.
- Investigates and resolves shipping problems relating to all dealer shipments.
- Identifies electronic parts catalogue problems with dealers and provides workable solutions.
- Assist Automotive dealers in resolving technical inquiries, problems and questions
- Receives and processes employee purchases of parts and other parts orders for internal accounts.
- Receives, codes, processes and verifies all parts return requests relating to Parts Order Discrepancies, Parts Obsolescence Returns, dealer initial orders and dealer Financial and Termination returns.
- Reports all abnormal or unique parts related problems to the NPSC team leader and appropriate head office staff.

**What You Bring**:

- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is mandatory
- Experience within retail automotive parts is an asset
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics is an asset
- Experience in customer service is an asset
