Office Administrator/customer Service

A leading food distribution company located in Mississauga is looking for a hardworking and professional Office Admin Assistant
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and sales force to perform product inquiries, order entry processing, and control.
- Perform all front desk operations
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic Inquiries
- Ensure & confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically Send and receive messages
- Prepare and format page presentation
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
- Provide general information to clients and visitors
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- File material in the storage area
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
- Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
**Requirements**:
- Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in English with exemplary oral and written communication skills. Must possess good judgment and the ability to make independent decisions within department protocols.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and interest for all assigned brands.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software
- Able to handle a high volume of calls, inquiries, and difficult issues with tact and professionalism.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with high attention to detail.
- Skilled at suggestive selling and providing alternative solutions to accounts.
- **Basic knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset.**
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
