Customer Service and Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Direct calls as they come in.
- Greet visitors and ensure all sign in and are badged as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely matter and ensure proper resolution.
- Field and resolve calls regarding third party partners.
- Track customers parcels and resolve missing items query.
- Manage customer claims file and provide to Accounting team at month end.
- Provide administrative help to the front office and warehouse as needed.
- Assist with ordering supplies for the office.
- Assist accounting & payroll team with task(s) as needed.
- Assist the Accounting team with corresponding with customers with respect to invoices and credit notes.
- Provide assistance, where required, to cover vacation leaves in the administrative department.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Ability to multi-task & handle high volume workload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams and capable of learning new functions easily.
- College or University Educated in Business or Supply Chain focus preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years, or ability to demonstrate knowledge.
- Logistics or transportation experience is desirable.
