We are looking for an Account Executive that will roll up their sleeves and dig in. You’ll have support from our SDR team and marketing to fill your pipeline, but you are ready to pick up the phone and make a cold call if that’s what it takes to hit your numbers.

The day-to-day
- Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships and sell our products online
- Move the needle in our business by meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Engage in meaningful conversations with C-level execs, HR leaders, and other stakeholders
- Lead a consultative sales process through the delivery of online presentations and demonstrations
- Educate prospects and uncover their pain points through thoughtful questions
- Become an expert in all things Vivo Team, maintain detailed knowledge of our products and be an ambassador
- Further qualify prospects who have been developed by our SDR team
- Maintain your pipeline, and forecast accurately
- Build and maintain industry relationships, leverage influencers, and internal champions
- Maintain CRM records accurately
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to advance our company’s strategic objectives - we want to hear your ideas
- Use social media and other tools to gain market, prospect, and competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to leadership
- Attend networking events and conferences as required

About You:

- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- You’ve sold (or worked) in the learning and development space and have a network of HR professionals ready to hear about your new move
- A track record of exceeding (or smashing) your quotas in a closing role
- Driven, motivated, results-oriented and have a strong work ethic
- You run great demos and can explain complex ideas in a succinct manner
- Handle objections deftly and know how to move opportunities through the pipeline
- Experience with solution / value-based selling, account planning, and proposal creation
- Strive to continuously master your craft and have strong business acumen
- Strong work ethic, and work well both in a self-directed and team-oriented environment
- A high-energy self-starter, with a “can-do” attitude
- Learn quickly and know how to hustle
- You’re not only a team player, but are team-centric and are fun to be around
- A collaborator who works well cross-functionally
- Have a positive outlook and take responsibility for your successes (and failures)
