**Job Description**:
- This role is the primary point of contact for all store, warehouse and office employee and supervisor inquiries related to Workday first level support (HRIS system) and account management for Concur accounts (Expense Claim system). This role is also responsible for other HR Administration as indicated below.

**Responsibilities**:
- Onboards new hires employees on their first day into Workday, providing their initial orientation to the company, and coordinating their receipt of equipment and meeting their manager
- Co-presents the virtual company orientation sessions for groups of head office new hires
- Responsible for administering the employees’ Concur accounts (for their expense claims)
- Provides biweekly support for the Payroll department related to the accuracy of new hire information
- Performs ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data and processes to ensure data integrity and consistency; adherence to internal audit processes; data supports corporate and HR policies
- Acts as back up for others on the Total Rewards team, to cover any absences
- Partners with the HR Team and/or cross-functional partners on various projects, as required
- Provides support to other HR functions as needed
Workday Responsibilities:
- Provides technical and functional HRIS expertise to improve systems and processes
- Partners with others in the organization on their reporting, analytics, and audit needs
- Be an active member of the project team for future module and functionality implementations
- Develop procedures for users to ensure business efficiency and data integrity
- Maintains technical documentation for configurations and maintenance requirements.
Experience, Education, Certifications
- 2+ years of experience, working with an enterprise HR System (Ultimate Software/Oracle Fusion/SAP - Success Factor); Workday experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and results driven environment
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Good understanding of HR practices, reporting needs, data analysis and data audit
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (mail merges, pivots, and v-lookups)
- Graduate of a post-secondary program with an HR, Business, or IT focus
