**Inside Sales & Account Manager**

Cascade Flow Control Solutions is looking for an experienced inside sales representative with an engineering background to help maintain and grow our customer base.

**Job Requirements**:

- A degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of previous work experience in a technical sales/engineering role.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and time in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive to provide prompt and quality customer service to our valued customers.
- The ability to generate new inquiries with prospective customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM is required.

**Job Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To)**:

- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Sourcing products based on customer requirements, determining if stock or non-stock items are special order.
- Following company pricing guidelines or making recommendations for special approval.
- Assisting with vendor referrals/inquiries and requirements.
- Submitting quotes and project bids to customers with associated pricing, delivery schedule and specifications.
- Processing orders same day as received and send confirmation of order to customer.
- Contacting customers within 24-hours to ensure quotes are received and getting clarification if necessary.
- Proactiveness in updating customer on status of orders with information provided from purchaser or shipper throughout order cycle.
- Participating in meetings with sales team & management to develop sales objectives, strategies, and forecasts.
- Providing feedback to management on successful and/or unsuccessful opportunities and customer comments regarding continuous improvement items such as inventory and new stock.
- Discussing opportunities/leads with sales team and management.
- Attending and participating in conferences/trade shows if/when required.
- Filling in for shipper/receiver when absent (sick days/vacation).
