Position: Accounting Manager (Permanent, Full-Time)

**Duties**:

- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Controller and the VP of Finance as the lead accounting resource for the company
- Perform contract analysis review and prepare related revenue schedules to verify subscription contracts have been accurately recorded
- Manage customer accounts, including processing invoices promptly, and ensuring all customers remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Work with Finance team to perform financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities
- Formulate and implement an appropriate system of policies and procedures to support the Company’s growth strategies while ensuring data integrity
- Ensure policies and processes are well documented, applied consistently and broadly understood
- Manage the daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury
- Work with auditors and tax preparers and provide support to the audit and compliance process
- Perform, supervise and manage timely and accurate monthly financial close

Skills requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of proven accounting experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required
- Audit experience required
- Knowledge of US GAAP as well as SaaS accounting and financial reporting standards preferred
- Big 4 experience with US based companies strongly preferred
- Hands on and proactive approach to problem solving in addition to being highly detail-oriented and the ability to multitask, all while understanding the big picture
- Experience at a quickly growing SaaS startup in which you were the “owner” of the accounting function preferred
- Experience with Netsuite is preferred
- Ability to design, document and implement appropriate new policies and procedures
- A highly productive self-starter with very strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently
