Accounting Bridge is a Vancouver-based bookkeeping and accounting firm that helps SMBs stay organized, stay compliant, and make better decisions with monthly financial reporting.
We streamline the "back office" so owners can focus on growth - covering bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, bill paying (AP), and financial consulting / Virtual CFO support.

The team
Our team works directly with business owners across industries to understand how money flows through their operations, then sets up clean systems and reporting that makes the numbers easy to trust and use.
You'll work alongside an Accounting Manager and a delivery team that supports onboarding end-to-end, so clients feel taken care of from day one.
The role
Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for building relationships with SMB owners and guiding them into the right Accounting Bridge service package.
Our process is fast, but consultative - you'll help prospects understand what's broken in their current books and what "clean + current" financials unlock for their business.
You will:
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
Drive outreach via phone, email, and SMS to book discovery calls and follow-ups
Run a structured discovery to understand the prospect's business model, pain points, and current systems (QuickBooks/Xero, payroll, AP, etc.)
Clearly explain Accounting Bridge's approach, onboarding process, and guarantees
Coordinate handoff to the onboarding/accounting manager and ensure a clean start
Track activity and pipeline in the team's CRM (or equivalent)
To be successful, you will need:
Experience in a target-based sales or relationship-management environment
Strong communication and active listening skills; you can lead consultative conversations with business owners
Comfort with high-volume follow-up and keeping momentum through a short sales cycle
A disciplined, resilient approach—consistent outreach, clean notes, and strong follow-through
A "solutions" mindset: you can diagnose issues quickly and propose a clear next step
Comfort with technology (Zoom, cloud tools, CRMs; familiarity with QuickBooks/Xero is a plus)

- Hybrid: Accounting Bridge office is based in Burnaby near Metrotown.
Compensation: $80,000 + Bonus
