Skuta Pumpkin Co. is a well established and diverse family farming business located in Alvinston Ontario. We produce pumpkin seeds by growing and harvesting pumpkins. Our farm equipment and processing facility are modern and well maintained. We need your help to harvest the crops this fall.

We are looking for seasonal equipment operators to run farm and processing equipment during harvest. This position is perfect for someone looking for seasonal work or extra income. The position is from September 1st to October 31st with the potential for work over the winter. This position is full-time averaging 40 hours per week. Housing may be provided at no cost for applicants from out of town.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Operating farm equipment
- Operating on-farm processing equipment
- Minor maintenance and care of equipment
- Sanitizing and cleaning equipment
- Managing day to day harvest activities

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Applicant must have a drivers license
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as farm or construction equipment
- A positive and determined attitude

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2-3 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
