Position(s) available: Experienced Operators for the following equipment:

● Cat loader/backhoe operators (Box pusher)

● John Deere tractor operators (10 way blade)

● 4x4 plow operators (G licence minimum)

● Salt Truck operators (G & DZ licence)

● Kubota (L-series) tractor operators

● Skid Steer operators

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services in London, ON is looking for dedicated and experienced operators for the Winter Season At Clintar, we take pride in our impressive fleet of snow removal equipment featuring some of the newest models available in the market. We pride ourselves on providing the best landscaping and property management services for our clients year-round.

We are actively seeking someone that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, excited about working with machinery and doesn't mind (sometimes) extreme weather conditions. You prioritize safety above all and look forward to hitting the ground running when you receive the call.

Job Profile

● Operating heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders and back-hoes to lift/plow snow

● Practice safety in your every move, estimating weights and distances, being fully aware of your surroundings, minimize hazards and reporting any injuries or damage immediately

● Start each workday with an inspection of tires, controls, fuel and fluids to ensure reliable operation, test operation of machines periodically

● Fix minor issues that might occur during the shift

● Maintain activity logs

Mandatory requirements:

● Proven snow removal experience as a machine operator; you will be required to demonstrate competency at time of interview

● Clean driving record

● Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)

● Attention to detail

● Teamwork and communication skills

● High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

Are you a self-motivated team player? Can you think quickly on your feet and pay attention to detail? Are you the quality candidate we are looking for?

● You are on call for the Winter Season, and are able to jump out of bed, boots on the ground with minimal notice required.

● You can operate heavy machinery, cautiously, safely and ensure that no machinery issues go unnoticed.

● You will be required to complete our internal training program.

● You will need a valid G license and to provide a Drivers Abstract at time of interview, 4x4 and salt truck operators only.

Compensation: $ $30.00 per hour
