Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, loaders,. Your role will involve performing various tasks such as digging, loading, and moving materials. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, Excavators, loaders, and
- Perform tasks such as digging, loading, and moving materials
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Experience**:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including backhoes, Excavator’s, loaders, and
- Familiarity with various types of farm machinery and Caterpillar equipment is a plus
- driving experience is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes
- Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
