**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for electrical projects, including material and labor costs, based on project specifications, drawings, and other relevant information.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work, materials required, and project timeline.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and identify any potential issues or safety hazards.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout documents, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management, preferably in the commercial or industrial construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst, Trimble, etc.).

Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
