As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator/Commercial Assistant, working closely with our VP of Business Development to support our sales efforts.

Job Overview:We are seeking a Sales Coordinator/Commercial Assistant who will play a key role in driving our sales processes and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and customers. This role will focus on managing the sales pipeline, handling customer follow-ups, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and operations.Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Update and manage the sales pipeline using **NetSuite CRM** to track leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups for the ND Supplies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and target achievements.
- **Customer Communication & Support**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, sending product details, and managing follow-up communications.
- Ensure all customer needs are met throughout the sales cycle, including providing product information, pricing details, and updates on order fulfillment.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the **operations** and **procurement** teams to ensure that inventory and logistics align with sales targets and customer orders.
- Coordinate delivery timelines and ensure seamless communication between sales and operations teams.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, proposals, and customer feedback.
- Assist the ND Supplies with any administrative tasks related to sales and lead generation.

Qualifications:

- Experience with **NetSuite CRM** (or similar CRM systems) is an asset.
- Proven experience in a **sales support** or **administrative role** within a sales-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office 365** (Teams, Outlook, Planner, etc.).
