We're Looking For: We are seeking a Commercial Solutions Sales Representative with experience in the automotive industry. You will be part of a dynamic Commercial Sales team responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and promoting the adoption of our products and services. You will be involved in managing existing users, encouraging product utilization, and providing feedback on market conditions. In this role, you will be assigned sales targets and have the opportunity to use your experience in client management, sales strategies, and industry knowledge to drive success, with the goal of growing sales consignment for Commercial clients.

You Will: Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services using a solution selling approach, including educating the client on all the OPENLANE services and products that could benefit their business. Communicate across OPENLANE regarding any larger issues that require escalation and assist with the resolution of those issues to the customer's satisfaction. Be a visible resource for the customer, spending significant facetime with key decision makers at their locations. Maintain strong relationships with users and partners, offering ongoing sales and technical support.

Travel to Commercial clients, assisting with the application, including training and support. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio. Keep up to date with market and industry news and trends. Collect data and capture vehicle information for auctions on the platform.

Who You Will Work With: Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Sales & Strategy, this role will collaborate with the Commercial Sales team, Commercial Coordinators, the various teams at our Vehicle Logistics Centres, and platform users regularly. Must Have's: 1-2 years of experience managing clients and/or accounts in a B2B environment Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies. Autonomous, self-driven, and a team player.

Willingness to travel daily within the region. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Nice to Have's: Familiarity with wholesale vehicle auctions.

Experience
