**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
As an IT Fulfilment Business Analyst, you will work alongside Global IT Service Desk team and external vendors to fulfill the hardware and software requirements of OpenText internal employees. You will work with various senior leaders within the organization to analyze, plan and fulfill future hardware requirements with responsibilities including but not limited to the following duties apart from any other duties as assigned by the supervisor on occasion.

**Please note:This is a Temporary position**

**YOU ARE GREAT AT**:

- Review and approve Software and Hardware requirements to place purchase orders
- Vendor invoice administration and tracking
- Respond to ticket requests pertaining to equipment and other IT assets
- Evaluating computer/peripheral requirements for end-users, teams and departments
- Project and determine ordering requirements, globally
- Place purchase orders for global locations
- Managing the IT Asset Management lifecycle through ticketing system from creation to disposal
- Closely work with Finance and Service Desk teams to ensure Asset Management policies and procedures are followed

**WHAT IT TAKES**:

- 1 plus years of end to end procurement experience-Purchasing, Invoicing, Material Management.
- Self-starter and ability to work well independently as well as in a group setting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills supporting a highly distributed and mobile customer environment
- Ability to work individually as well as contribute in a global team environment
- Capable of handling a challenging, real-time environment with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Organized with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and team responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- SAP order entry experience

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Standard 40-hour work week with regular business hours of 8:30am
- 5:00pm EST
